Located in the basement of Rockview Hospital, this facility features plenty of cardio equipment, a multi station and squat rack. There are plenty of weights for lifters and ample space to stretch and do your mobility work.   

Peter Lougheed Centre...Room...19108

 Peter Lougheed Centre is a newer space opening in the fall of 2025 with free weights, cable machines and cardio equipment. There is an open floor area for classes, which happen three days per week.  

Alberta Childrens Hospital...Room...

 The facility in the Alberta Children’s hospital has everything you need for strength, cardio and mobility. This site has a smith machine, cable machine dumbbells, as well as treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes and a rower.  Located near the mental health entrance.  

Foothills Medical Centre...Room...AGW7

 This facility is in the Special Services building on the ground floor near the Timberline cafeteria. It has a host of cardio equipment, free weights, Smith machine, universal cable gym, and functional cable machine. Classes take place in the gymnasium next door 3-4 times per week.

Southport Tower...Room...1020

 This site is located in the Southport atrium building behind the cafe. This facility has cardio equipment, strength implements, and mobility equipment. Lots of room to workout with you and your colleagues.   

EMS Stonegate...Room...

 The EMS Stonegate facility is large, open and bright and features a squat rack, numerous dumbbells, cable machines and a variety of portable equipment. A variety of cardio equipment is also available.
