Hello! I've been a personal trainer for over 11 years, and love helping my clients build strength, mobility, and confidence. My background in ballet, triathlon, and over 15 years of strength training enable me to help gym newbies feel their bodies and learn proper form to become more confident in the weight room. I also love helping those with an athletic background challenge themselves in new ways to resist injury and improve body composition.
I have completed specialized training in injury rehabilitation to help clients move pain-free as they regain strength and function. In collaboration with your physiotherapist, I select and modify exercises carefully to regain strength and independence after knee, shoulder, foot, or back pain.
In addition, my certifications in nutrition and fat loss enable me to help you dial in your eating habits to improve your overall health and reach your body goals.

Health and Fitness Booster – Dial in your Training and Diet
Non-member $110/Member $100
In this 75-minute session, I’ll help you get specific about your goals, fine-tune your fundamental movement patterns, and give you a road map to follow to help you achieve your goals more efficiently. This may include basic nutrition coaching if body composition change (fat loss/muscle growth) is part of your goals.
Personal Training – 12 Private 60min sessions
Non-member $65 ($780) / Member $60 ($720) – payment can be split into 2 payments
In-person or online, these are customized training sessions that address your specific goals, abilities, and limitations.
