Beginning Thursday, November 20 – 12:05 – 12:50pm 

UAH – Yoga and Meditation – with Joan - give yourself the gift of a full body stretch and enjoy a calming practice on your lunch break before  returning to work relaxed, released and grounded. No experience is necessary to participate in this class and is available to all levels.  Please bring your own yoga mat.

Strong and Confident with Tiana Leonty (Certified Personal Trainer) 

Join Tiana in this full-body functional strength training circuit. Using body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells, learn proper form for the five fundamental movement patterns: the squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull. Discover how getting stronger can translate into your daily life: embrace greater independence, become more resistant to injury, build stronger bones and lean muscle, and….well…just move with more confidence!
