On a more serious note, my sessions, whether the focus is based more on exercise or yoga, focus on each individual’s goals with a focus on functional movement and corrective exercise. Program Consultation and Program Design
Non Members: $200
Members: $130
Program Consultation and Program Design occur in two parts. The first part includes online questionnaires and a face-to-face meeting (in person at UAH or by Zoom). This first meeting is 45-60 minutes long, and we will go through goal setting and some fitness testing. After the first meeting, I will create an individual program based on your needs and goals. Once the program is complete, usually in 1-2 weeks, we will meet again at UAH or online to review your plan. This session will be 45 -60 minutes in length. From here, you will have a plan to work towards your fitness goals.
Individual Yoga Sessions
Non Members: $200
Members: $130
This package comprises two 60-minute sessions via Zoom for 1-2 people. The first session will briefly discuss your goals or challenges with yoga, followed by a practice. The second session will be an individualized practice or workshop focusing on your goals and needs.
