What is my proxima card number?
AHS - Proxima card is the white card between your picture ID and codes card in your AHS security package.
Covenant – Your picture ID is your Proxima card.
The UAH will now be using the Proxima. There will be the opportunity to return the old card once the site is reopened.
We only need the first string of numbers, and they are usually only 5-7 digits long.
