Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues (primarily muscle & connective tissue) of the body. It strives to achieve balance and health in the body by affecting the body's systems. Think of it as part of a well rounded self care program.
The Pulse Generator has two great therapists, working 5 days per week offering a wide range of massage modalities to both members and non members at the University of Alberta Hospital site.

This seated massage is done on a comfortable ergonomic chair over clothing, without the use of oil or lotion. It targets key areas of tension in the back, shoulders, head and neck. A great way to reduce stress and tension and re-energize. Ask about our on-site service for 4 people or more.
Table Massage involves the manipulation of soft tissues of the body to create a positive outcome, whether that is relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation, increased range of motion, recovery from injury, or enhanced sports performance. Other modalities may be used during your massage, including cupping, IASTM, RAPID or Reiki. Various lengths of session are available to accommodate your specific needs.

One on One Session
5 Sessions $100
Yoga is not a one size fits all and individual sessions ensure you are doing poses and modifications most appropriate for your needs. Similar to personal training, individual instruction offers the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. All sessions will be 30-40 mins and scheduled via an online video tool.
Small Group Yoga
Per session / Per Person $15
Perfect for 2-6 participants whether you are in the same household or participate from your own space virtually. The session will be 45-60 mins in length and can be tailored to the groups abilities and needs.
All sessions will be held via an online video tool.
Each individual will need to purchase their sessions.
