Thank You for joining the 28 day Cardio challenge. The challenge continues for the month of February. The challenge is to do at least one 20 minute segment of cardio per day. The 20 minute bout of cardio can be anything that gets your heart pumping. Dancing, walking, running, cycling, elliptical are just a few of the possibilities. Attached is an excel sheet to record the number of 20 minute segments. At the end of the challenge you will receive a final numbers sheet to submit.
