Experience two National Parks from the seat of your bike as you ride through the Icefields Parkway in the Rocky Mountains. Your ride winds through valleys and over high passes surrounded by icefields, beautiful mountains, glacier blue lakes, wildlife, and waterfalls. This tour is a great balance of riding, sightseeing and relaxing. Program start Feb 2020 and includes:

#1 - Strength Building Blocks
This 3-part video series allows you to experience movement through various strength & mobility exercises to build competency & confidence to execute foundational strength movements like squats, lunges and planks! These videos are a great way to start or end your day with movement, or to get you moving mid-day! Videos are approximately 30-minutes & no equipment is required
to participate in this program.
#2 - Yoga, The Foundations
The Foundations offers an opportunity for all who are interested in practicing yoga. Suitable for beginners, those who want to come back to the basics or those who want to start a home practice. This program includes:
- 1 Hour Yoga Foundations Playshop on Tuesday November 2nd at 7:30pm (via Zoom). This playshop will be recorded and available on FitVid.
- 4 x 50-minute Foundation Classes to be completed at your own pace in your own time

#3 - How To Meditate
It is no secret that daily meditation practice is becoming more relevant and researched every day. Meditation has been proven to decrease stress, improve concentration, lower blood pressure and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. The practice of daily meditation offer proven benefits for our mental and physical health. This program includes one hour "How To" workshop (this workshop will be recorded) on Tuesday October 19th at 7pm and 3 subsequent 20-minute videos (available on FitVid), offering the opportunity for you to learn how to meditate and to have a supported practical ongoing experience with meditation.
